Lost Shipments

In the event that a package is lost by the delivery partner, Butaa Bagh will initiate and await a formal resolution and clarification from the delivery partner.

Replacement will be considered only after the delivery partner confirms the package is not recoverable.

Once confirmed, Butaa Bagh will offer a replacement product, which may be:
