Returns

Please note that we do not offer returns on any products purchased from Butaa Bagh. We encourage customers to review product details carefully before placing an order.

Damaged or Defective Products

In the rare event that you receive a package that is visibly damaged prior to unpacking, we are happy to review and assist, subject to the following conditions:

• The outer packaging must be intact and untampered.

• A clear video of the unboxing/unwrapping process must be recorded from start to finish.

• The video must clearly show the package, product condition, and damage (if any).

• The video should be shared with us within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims without an unboxing video or with damaged/tampered packaging may not be eligible for review.

Resolution

If the damage is verified upon review:

• We may offer a discount code or store credit, equal to or lesser than the value of the original purchase, depending on current promotions and schemes.

• Refunds or product replacements are not available.

Important Notes

• Store credits or discounts are non-transferable and must be used within the validity period shared at the time of issuance.

• Decisions made by Butaa Bagh regarding damage verification and resolution will be final.
